Winter School

In February 2025, the Graduate Schools for Law and Politics of the University of Tokyo will launch an intensive seminar on Japanese law mainly for overseas students, "The University of Tokyo Winter School for Japanese Law". The purpose of this seminar is to provide an opportunity to students, young researchers, and lawyers from overseas who have an interest in Japan and Japanese law but have not mastered the Japanese language to study Japanese law and further deepen their understanding of Japanese law, society, and economy in other countries. We also hope that this seminar will enable students at The University of Tokyo to feel how Japanese law looks like from overseas.
